Why People Give Up So Easily?

The moment we come across a new project at work or any other responsible job is assigned to us, we feel enthused with the fact that it will make our life interesting, challenging and will motivate us to bring on our A-game to the table.
Some of us, gradually, feel the drudgery and all the intoxicating fire in the belly which was alive in the initial days starts wearing out. Odds are that each one of us has been in the shoes of that ‘some of us’ and have experienced the same.
With near to zero motivation, about to die interest and merely surviving confidence in the project/work assigned to us, we give it up. If the project has some direct connection with the daily bread and butter, then only we dare to complete it.
So, what’s the real factor behind such mentality? Why does this ever happen? Is there any solution for this?
Below I’ve listed out some of the very crucial reasons which will surely help you in knowing the reasons that why do we give up and to own the legendary seed dormant inside of you and be out there showcasing your WOW level genius to the world.

Here we go. . .
1.       We Magnify Challenges Too Much and Too Often.

After setting up the desired goal, we immediately start working towards its attainment. The gorgeous path of success then starts posing the ever-so-beautiful challenges in front of us, which we look upon as threats to our comfort zones, instead as an opportunity to seize.

This happens solely because of the fact that we start magnifying our challenges/problems/struggles too much and too often. All the while, when this “Degree of Doubt” is far bigger than the degree of self-belief, which ultimately forces us to give up.

This phenomenon takes birth again when we start thinking about what others might say/ think. Hence, when we start spending more time with the “Degree of Doubt” we happen to forget to grow our self-belief and thus commit the crime of self- sabotage.

We not only deny ourselves from the confidence of after-completion success but also from the glorious future and marvelous opportunities ahead of it.

2.       We Forget The Art of Perseverance.

The Masters are cut from different cloth?  à  NO!
They’ve got some superpower to focus for long grueling hours?  à NO!
That’s what makes them great? à YES!!!

Abe Lincoln, Edison, Henry Ford, Steve Jobs, Gates, Musk, You, Me, Everyone. We all have same physical features. Difference starts showing its signs when we look deeper and find out that it’s nothing but the art of persevering which aptly defines why someone is at a higher point today. (This is not judgment, just personal observation.) :)

Why we give up is because we presume ourselves to be so tiny in front of the huge goals we set for ourselves. We should breakdown the goals into smaller yet measurable milestones for the progress gets measured and course corrections could be made accordingly. [BONUS POINT : Add a reward for each milestone achieved. This will surely ease up your stress nerves.]

3.       The Grass Always Seems Greener On The Other Side.

When troubles give us their first peek-a-boo, we get jittery and look sideways, staring at the competition working hard and this discourages even more.

Now, you the reader, would you please tell me the name of one company which laid its 10 year action plan and worked according to that same plan and got its results? Well, chances are NONE!

“I wanted a perfect ending. Now I've learned, the hard way, that some poems don't rhyme, and some stories don't have a clear beginning, middle, and end. Life is about not knowing, having to change, taking the moment and making the best of it, without knowing what's going to happen next.Delicious Ambiguity.” GILDA RADNER

Looking into the competitor’s strategy is okay for business POV, but yes, copying them is a sin.

In a nutshell, run your own race.

4.       Holding On To “Failure Tag” for too long.

This is something that kills the productivity and enthusiasm in most. We fail at some point and someone says, “You’re a failure.” So, instead of taking it proactively we react to it and keep rewinding playing the same roll again and again in our minds. Next whenever you hear that line, BANG comes the same reel again.

Stop this activity. You’re definitely NOT what people judge you as.

5.       We Want Outcome More Than The Willingness To Put In The Effort To Learn Skills Or Put In Those Study Years .

Instant noodles. Order and self serve joints. Technology has surely been a nitrous to our slow world but it has made us humans greedy and desperate to want things ASAP.  We aren’t much ready to put in those hard study years to go through the subject, acquire a lot of specialized knowledge and then brainstorm the market with our concepts, vision and actions. We want things now, this instant. And nothing makes matters worse than this.

6.       The Magic Ingredient is Missing in Most of Us.

SELF BELIEF
Main course is served.
Previously what you had were just the starters my love. ;)

The most overused but brutally true cliché is that people don’t believe in themselves to such gargantuan degrees in order to overshadow their “Degree of Doubt.”

We all have to go through our own set of challenging and arduous goals. Different goals call for different paths which obviously contain a variety of tough challenges, but they’re not the points to give up.

Imagine you’re driving in the night. Can you see the destination point from where you’re standing? NO. Then why do you expect life to not give you any hardships?

Start the car. Switch on the lights. Trust the process. As you move the light also moves with you. So the key is to keep moving. Have faith in yourself and in God (Infinite Intelligence) up there.

Challenges are meant to make us climb the summit again and again. I think not giving in is also an art to learn. ;)

Remember, those who persevere are winners. It’s the hard, grueling, weary climb that makes the experience of standing on the mountain top beautiful and worthwhile.
HUG YOUR GOALS
. Never let them go. After all, what are we without them, just a handful of meaningless dirt. :)

The 10 Brain Tattoos of Legends : Robin Sharma

The following 10 brain tattoos are originally created by Robin Sharma. I have just added below each point that why I loved that particular quote. Hope you like them too. :)

1.    You can be a victim or a titan. You can’t be both.

We all get to make our own choices every single second of our lives. At this very moment, some of us might be stressed due to an unavoidable circumstance while someone going through the same struggle might be at peace with all the turbulence around her because she knows someday everything will fit in. Titans trust the process while the victim hates it.

2.    Your excuses are nothing more than the lies your fears have sold you.

By this quote, Robin Sharma perfectly delivers a lot of wisdom in just one simple line. Well, that’s just his awesome way! Many of us give ourselves excuses that our genius self doesn’t deserve. And then we blame someone else for it. It’s just that we know that our fears are the primary sources of the liberation of our bravest selves; still we keep on clinging to them all lifelong. Please shed them up!

3.    An addiction to distraction is the end of your creative production.

The moment we shift our focus from learning to laziness, we kill the dream we have. All of us get distracted a lot by the never-ending distractions of the world. Only a few of us, rarely 5-10%, are able to be successful. The quote above by Robin Sharma is the reason why this happens. No magic here. Pure dedication.

4.    A job is only a job if you choose to see it as a job.

More than half of the people we see in our society complain about their work. We blame our work for it being so boring and lack of energy. For one week, look at your work as if it is something that will change the world. Look at your simple “boring” job as something that makes this world happy and makes you feel that you are contributing to something bigger than you think. Robin Sharma puts this so well in his quote above that you should see your job as a craft, a medium through which you could serve the humanity. Look from Robin’s viewpoint. You’ll never shift to old thinking.

5.    Every visionary was first ridiculed before she was revered.

Well, this one’s a no brainer. We all have heard about so many great leaders who walked this planet Earth who were first ridiculed of their idea. They were called crazy. But then they were revered when their legendary selves shone through the dark times. Examples are Abraham Lincoln, Mahatma Gandhi, Kiran Bedi, Picasso etc. If you do feel like people don’t believe in you and still you are continuing to chase your dreams, then my dear friend... You are one of them ;)

6.    Dream BIG. Start small. Begin today.

Many of us procrastinate a lot. We keep on planning and planning, thinking and thinking about the ways to achieve our goals. But in doing so, we don’t realize that planning a lot is taking up too much of our time! Sometimes, you shouldn’t keep on planning, just go for it! Start small. Start now. Begin today.

7.    The job of a leader is to grow more leaders. So leave people behind better than you found them.

We all don’t know for how long we have our stay on this planet. We all are in some way or the other dependent on another person. So while we stay here, why not make this ride a fun ride for others by lifting up the gloomy ones, by respecting the poor ones, by consoling the crying ones and by helping the needy ones? Grow people. Invest your time and energy in them.

8.    Adversity is nothing more than opportunity clothed in disguise.

All adversities bear the fruit of success. Just like a butterfly has to struggle through the shell to fly freely, we all have to fight through our share of struggles to fly in the world with freedom and bravery. No pain no gain.

9.    Life is short. Enjoy the process.

Really we never know when our last moment is. So why not spend each day loving, caring and spreading faith and hope all over? In the end we all have to turn into dust. Don’t we?

10.  Today is an awesome day to reach for your best.

Period. :)

How to Stay Passionate for a Long Period of Time !

Today, in this blog post we are going to throw some light on the methods and tactics we could use to stay passionate in every work that we execute.

Often it happens that we get carried away with a countless number of pings from social networking sites and we forget about the issue at hand, thus leading to a steady decline in our motivation for being in the top form for a long period of time.

Let alone such small distractions, even life sometimes throws its worst turns at us, mostly banging in without a prior notice.

So how can we make sure that we are on track much longer than these circumstances are there in our lives ?

How can we stay in-the-game and be exceptionally superbly productive in our fields, no matter what comes up ?

Here I am explaining to you 4 simple tactics that you can easily include in your everyday life so that you can be a world-class performer wherever you act.

Without further adieu, let’s dial into them.

1)    SURROUND yourself with people you model. This simple tactic is often neglected by many of us. No matter what you say, this one comes in the most important criteria to determine your future success. The company you keep and the language you use with them, everything showcases your internal belief system.

There is no genius level player who will ever hang out with the mediocrity. All the reason behind such an act is that our brains are hardwired to aim for something bigger, better and advanced to our current circumstances. This is more or less like a fundamental human need. We want a new house or a new car or a new investment just because we are interested in making our lifestyle more advanced. This is the same reason why all of us want to roam around with people of higher social status than us.

I gently suggest you the following points :-

1)          Start spending some quality time with such people so that you could absorb their positivity and passion.
2)          Make it a habit of staying in touch with such people no matter what.
3)          Respect their time but be determined to stay on your toes for new teachings from them.
4)          Start inviting them over to lunches and dinners. This way you will not only be connected to them personally but emotionally as well. (Remember that a business is less about net worth and much more about your network)
5)          If in case, your “guru” isn’t a person present in your life physically; either follow them through their books or via blogs or any other medium so that you are in touch with them on a constant basis.

2)    SERVE. Help someone who didn’t ask you for help. This is called as serving the humanity. We all can help those who ask it from us. But only a few of us are willing to go ahead and help someone who didn’t ask it. Serving others ignites the flame of passion in us to a very deep level. Being helpful is a great quality to possess. Serving others gives a sense of satisfaction, no matter where you are or who you are.
It provides you the needed push and a mega message that what you are doing will help others too. Go out there today and make a stranger smile or make a new friend today or go to an old age home and spend some time with those neglected people. They are devoid of love and care, please go there and make them smile. I can bet my life on it that you will return home completely moved from inside.

Please don’t think that I suggest serving others as a selfish way to gain passion, as per me, it is the best way you can contribute to the world. Because as you get passionate, you can contribute more and so that you could contribute more; you need to pump up yourself with passion.

3)    SACRIFICE. There is a very powerful motivational force hidden in the sacrifices made for dream accomplishment. Have you ever put in more than your best in your project? If yes, then you must have felt a sense of accomplishment after doing it. As per the scientific researchers, when we extend ourselves beyond our limits to accomplish the tasks we dearly hold, a chemical called as dopamine is released in our brains. Dopamine is a huge motivational neurotransmitter which provides our brain a sense of relief. It not only does that, it also makes our mind happy and satisfactory. And we all know that only a happy mind can focus again and better on the next following task.

When you will sacrifice something, be it your sleep or junk food or an outing with friends, of course, your heart will suggest you to delay the project at hand, but I believe that is the very moment when we should be sacrificing those materialistic short term pleasures. It will be difficult for a few starting steps but later it will get stronger like a muscle constantly worked upon in the gym.

4)    SIMPLIFY.

Cluttered minds will always have a cluttered desk
.

Our mind craves clarity, simplicity, and peace. All of these three can never be found in a place where filthiness resides. Make your workstation (or your “oasis”) clutter free as much as you can, devoid of any distractions. Even a smallest of distraction is enough for getting you off track from the task at hand.
The thumb rule here is – a messy workplace will often result in messy productivity.

No great business or craft can be achieved if your laboratory is full of a lot of unnecessary accessories. Similarly, you need to bulletproof your mindset so as to neglect things that matter least to you and your objective.

There is truly nothing in the world that a single focused man cannot achieve. Attain this mindset of “zero messiness” in your work and your mindset, and you’ll become an unstoppable force of nature assured to change the world in a very elegant way.

Apply these ideas in your workplace and your inner life and do comment below to let me know your experiences.

Go get your dreams done.

Till next time.

6 Simple Steps to Fight through Failure due to Lack of Motivation, Depression and Laziness... And Become SUCCESSFUL !

1.    Make Your Mind Toxic Free.
Many people these days are stuck in the toxicity of the world. Either it is some latest negative news or it is too much exposure to TV that makes them negative preachers. So, first and foremost, get rid of such people. These might be your best friends or your colleagues, whoever they are, get away from them as much as you can. “YOU BECOME LIKE THE 5 PEOPLE YOU SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME WITH” - JIM ROHN

2.    Kick out.

Yep, kick out all the negative thinking patterns and the activities you earlier had yourself surrounded with. My friend, these things are more or less like a black hole, more and more you fall into it, the difficult it becomes for you to get out of them. Or let me ask you a question. ARE YOUR NEGATIVE HABITS GIVING YOU ANY RETURN ON THE TIME YOU INVEST IN THEM ? If not, then why continue them ? DO yourself a favor and stop them right away.

3.    Are you playing the “BLAME GAME” ?

Are you one of those people who sit there and put the blame on others instead of getting up and owning the mistake. If you are, then buddy, who are you tricking? YOU are tricking yourself into failure if you are doing this. Some day the failure will catch up on you which will then bring with itself more pain, guilty and depression. So, instead of this, why not get up, say that yes it is your fault, own it and then devote yourself to changing it ? There will be nothing more nobler than that in life.

4.    Get superbly careful about your priorities.

Do you know what are your top 3 priorities in life ? If not, then i guess here is the problem. Sit down. Make some time and think deeply about what are those top 3 or 5 things you want your life to revolve around ? These things should not only be your daily work but should also be your passions. And when you end up with those 3 or 5 things all you have to do is make sure that your life revolves around them only. Not just one day, not just one week but for about 3 months, because after that you won’t feel the urge to get back to being lazy.

5.    Envision yourself as successful, the first thing in the morning and last in the night. See yourself grow as a beautiful person with boundless courage, relentless devotion to your craft and a never ending hunger to make yourself a better person in the world. I have always used this beautiful line to motivate myself which, with deep respect, i would like to offer to you. Whenever you feel like getting back to laziness and you feel that you are slipping into depression mode again, ask yourself “WHAT WOULD THE SUCCESSFUL VERSION OF ME DO IN SUCH A SITUATION ? WOULD HE SIT HERE CRY AND BLAME OTHERS OR GET UP, ROLL HIS SLEEVES AND SHOW THE WORLD WHAT TRUE MAN HE IS ?”

6.    Have Faith in yourself. You are the master of your mind. Not the other way round and whenever the life knocks you down, get up, dust yourself and say “IS THIS ALL YOU GOT ?” Smile. Look into the eyes of your failure and then nail it with deep courage and confidence.

Everything will be alright. Just read these pointers again and again in life and make yourself repeat, that you are meant for nothing shorter than your dreams. ! All YOUR DREAMS ARE WAITING FOR YOU. ARE YOU WILLING TO FIGHT THROUGH THE PAIN AND MAKE IT?

Till next time.

Why is it that Successful people are more prone to failure?

Nothing fails like success. I believe this is the line that sums up the issue in your head while you first read this topic.

I basically got this idea from a local shop in my neighborhood.
The shopkeeper used to be a nice guy when the shop was small. He only kept a few items. Always used to greet us nicely and we regularly went to him for buying our day to day items not because there was only that shop in the market, but because of the shopkeeper's kind nature and a good sense of humor.

Soon the shop grew in its popularity and slowly the shop turned into a big supermarket. That guy is still the owner of that store. But I don't prefer going there now. Not even any of my friends go there.

Why so?

Because obviously, the shop has more of products now, but it now lacks that personal human touch it used to have. That same guy now takes the product from us, never greets us and if we happen to greet him, he never replies with a smile. Takes our product, scans it, takes the money and gives it to us. All this action happens very mutely. No “Hi” or “Hellos” and no “Thank You”.
.
After a few days of that incident, a new small shop opened up in front of that store, and that new shopkeeper has more customers in a day as compared to the store!
From this incident only I got this idea to write something about why the successful people are sometimes most prone to failure than the average ones. It seems very cruel from a distant view to see that if someone has achieved success after going through so much hardship, then why does God not let him enjoy the success? In such a situation we do start blaming god. I suggest here to look closely. Magnify into the reasons and life of that person and you'll see one of these following traits that had led to his/her failure.  So let's get right into it.

1)   SUCCESS MEANS A STOP TO THEM!

Some people think that when their businesses have reached a global or an international level, it seems so easy to float on this success and there is no need to work hard further. But this is “SO UNTRUE”.
The cause of this is that, being international means your brand is now having a responsibility to serve and nurture your clients in new and exciting ways. What differentiates a successful business from an unsuccessful one is that the successful one always treats their customers like a small child. And why do they do that?
Because each and every small child wants a new toy, a new chocolate, a new game every few days, if it doesn't then he will shift to another shop.
Same way are your customers or your teammates or your children or your students. You have to BREAK THE MONOTONY.
Give your customers a new exciting experience every few days and they will do nothing but love you and your brand more than ever!

2)   THEY FORGET THAT SUCCESS IS A JOURNEY.

Every successful failure thought that success is some sort of a destination to reach. Instead, success is more or less like a good song played with the guitar. Imagine each of your little wins as a stroke or a note of the guitar being played. Your life is that guitar here. You strike up a deal in that business meeting, you hit one note properly. You have made two strangers smile today, congratulations you have just hit two notes properly. You have forgiven someone for doing wrong to you, excellent! , you have yet again hit one note properly.
So keep on hitting the guitar of your life with each and every bit in the proper way so that when you die you know you have created a great song. A song for others to remember and repeat it in their lives, till eternity. That's called as success ! That's why the cliché "success is a journey, not a destination" is so true.

3)   PERSONAL BOND VS PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS

Bond over the business. Is what successful people do. Business over bond is what takes success to failure. And all it takes is just those few seconds when you might have lifted the world with your greatness.
I remember reading somewhere that Art Papas, the founder and CEO of Bullhorn saying this "I always welcome any new customers or suppliers in our lobby. I stop, say hello and ask if they would like to have a coffee. We started this long time back when we were just a small company and we didn't even have a receptionist back then. Now I see each of our employee doing it. It seems to be deeply seated in our work environment and feels to us like a culture."
Now you tell me, wouldn't such a sweet act of gratitude be enjoyed by the customers? Of course, it would. Customers don't just need services now, they need "better services with genuine smiles" now.

4)   WHERE HAS THE KIND HEART GONE ?

As I was sharing about that local shop which turned out to be a successful failure in front of me, I learned one important lesson from it. That many times people let success rule their hearts and minds both. Success is more or less like an illusion. Competition is still there. The battle is still going on. Success just gives them a small time frame to take a nap. And that is when competitors come hunting and turn that success into a page in history. If that particular storekeeper would have cracked jokes like earlier times, he would have never left the loyalty of his customers. That is so because "customers will give you loyalty if you happen to treat them as a royalty".

Take the Ferrari cars for example and why does it take so much time to build one ? Because with the hard work and labor, the car makers put their love in those cars they produce. Each of their cars defines the love put in it, each of the Ferrari car glorifies the relentless devotion of the Italians to make it truly speak "Italian made".

Now let me ask you this. Is what you are doing currently speaking and I mean speaking, is it really speaking YOUR NAME ?

I so strongly believe that your craft should speak your name as if it is engraved on it. It will last long, much longer than your autographs.

Don't just let your death be a number in the register of census showing death tolls during that particular year, make it count for living a magnificently remarkable well-lived life.

Till next time.

Are You Doing Your Part ?

Excuse me for this, but this particular blog post is actually for those specific group of people who have a habit of "doing it later". And this “later” never comes. I always share with you all the topic of how to be more productive and more energized, but today I felt the need to write for the other group of people.

We all have seen, met and loved such people in our lives who were always de-motivated about doing their work. Such people fall into the procrastination group. These guys are generally fat, lazy and are the worst companions to roam around with. They infuse you with their negativity and make you feel to get off track about chasing your worthy goals and ambitions.

For such people, I don't feel hatred. I feel pity. Because they are not made aware of the tremendous potential they possess and the opportunities they are losing, are nothing but the precious time they are letting go of their hands like grains of sand.

If you are one of those people who don't like to work and sit around in your home, nibble on all the chips and coke cans you have in your kitchen, I would like to invite you to see the life, but from your angle only ! Not from mine or anybody else's angle.

I know you must be bombarded with such advice, rebukes, and anger from all people around you. That is the reason why I want to show you what I want to show you, from your own angle.

Okay, so now, look around you. What can you see?

In your house, what can you see right now? Your mother is working in the kitchen preparing the supper, your dad just returned from his tiring day at the office where he works his butt off each and every day. Now look at the AC in your room. It's working. Constantly you change the temperature to meet your requirements.

Suppose your dad is taking you guys out for dinner because he got the promotion, which for so many days he had his eyes on. (Note: here the promotion also means he is changing or maybe I should say evolving in his job)

You guys get in the car ready to go to your favorite restaurant. You are in your car. How does a car work? The car works by moving. Word to be noted here is "moving".  Look outside the window. What can you see then? Other cars are passing by. Some cars are better than yours, some cheaper than yours. Still, all are similar in one aspect, all are doing what? All are moving.

After having your meal, you guys go out for a walk from the restaurant to the parking lot. And as you are passing by the streets, you hear some voices of laughter, you turn around and you see some men around 26 of age, enjoying and sharing jokes. You feel how happy they are, enjoying their lives and here you are just getting sad as the time passes by.

You reach home with your mom and dad. You reach your room. Now before you turn on the lights, just look at your house for a second. What do you see?
Darkroom. Blackness spread over like the night. Stillness. No life in it. Dead.
Do you like your room like that? No, you don't. And thus you bring everything back to life with the switch.

See my dear friend, this is the way your family feels about you when you are not doing anything and sitting like a lifeless statue in their lives. When you went out and saw all the world "moving" didn't that shake you up?

Moving, changing, evolving, working, these are all the synonyms of activity. The reason you feel sad, gloomy and de-motivated is because you are not being a part of this universe. This universe is constantly moving forward to change. Like you feel differently about different people, you have different and evolving preferences in the food you order every time you enter the same restaurant and here you are sitting idle, wasting up your time, procrastinating the responsibilities you have and thus postponing your own success.

You have two choices now, either keep on being lazy and become a part of forgettable history or to get up, roll your sleeves and show to the world that you count too, create something magnificent in your life and be part of the unforgettable winners of history.

The choice is yours.

You all might be having someone in your life who falls into this category of lazy people. It could be a subordinate at your office or it could be your own daughter or it could be a student in your class, whoever it is, please share with him/her my this insight and let them shine in this world. This is simply because they deserve success, as much as you and I.

5 Tactics to Stop the wrong in your life, RIGHT NOW !

We all want to achieve our dreams.
Each one of us aspires to be regarded as a legend in our area of operation.
Not even a single human being on this planet would be there who has zero dreams.
So, what actually differentiates “a few” from the rest?

We tend to wonder that these “Titans” started same way like us, still we lag behind and they produce huge turnovers, living the life we imagine.
To answer all such mind battling questions, I have designed these 5 tactics for you to apply to stop being a mediocre and start being a legend, like you have always wanted to be.
Awareness is very important. The only way to stop something that is going wrong in life is by making yourself aware of the following pointers and making sure that you apply them regularly.

1.    AWARENESS of the issue.

If you don’t even realize what thing is troubling you, it’s impossible to hit the target. Vague visions lead to Vague results.

2.    STATE what you want in a PERSONAL COMMITMENT AGREEMENT.

Just like every company has its own set of agreements like Articles and Memorandum of Association, I feel each one of us must have a personal commitment agreement, where we commit to the truest of ourselves, to work harder, to be more honest, to stop thinking and doing negative and to be a better human being with each and every passing day.

3.    ACTION.

You know something isn’t going on right. You have it what it takes to make it work. So why waiting? Get out, roll up your sleeves, get your hands dirty and carry on the work till its fruition. Human willpower can complete anything that it puts its hands on. Always remember that.

4.    HAVE FAITH.

Have faith in yourself and the power you have inside to change the wrong going through in front of you. The universe will try to break you at many points, at some points you will be discouraged to step out and let it go, but that will be the very moment when you will have to gather up your strength, tap into the hidden reservoirs of energy within you and bounce back 1000 times stronger !

5.    PERSIST TILL THE END

Millions don’t get their dreams or couldn’t solve their problems just because of the reason that they give up too soon. Sometimes yes the fight seems to be endless and we get tired of fighting, then there is the moment of decision. You can either decide to give up or you can review the reason why you started fighting the problem and get back up!
